Abstract submission
Abstracts should be submitted in electronic format to taphos2017.pal@univie.ac.at.
- Indicate in your email whether you prefer an oral or a poster presentation.
- Only one abstract per participant can be submitted for oral presentation.
- The deadline for abstract submission is June 30th, 2017.
- A scientific committee will evaluate the abstracts.
Abstracts are in English and not longer than two A4 pages with the following format :
- Title: Times New Roman; 14 points; bold; lower cases; centred.
- Author(s): Full author(s) name(s) will follow the title after one free space; Times New Roman 12 points; plain text; centred.
- Address(es) and affiliation(s): Full address(es) and affiliation(s) will follow the author(s) name(s); Times New Roman 10 points; plain text; left justified.
- Main text: Times New Roman 12 points; plain text after one free space; text justified at both margins.
- References and tables are not permitted.
- Figures: Only one figure can be included and needs a figure caption in Times New Roman 10 points.

Cancellation Policy
* For cancellations received by May 30th, 2017 (11:59 pm CET), 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
* No refunds will be available for cancellations made after May 30th, 2017 (00:00am CET) or for no shows.
All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
